Payment
Basic Feather ApS receives online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro.
Payment will only be charged from your account when the physical item is dispatched unless otherwise agreed or appears on your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Shipping
The delivery time for your order is usually 3-5 business days but can vary depending on country.
Basic Feather ApS ships goods with the following: GLS - Business, GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel Shop and Bring - Optional delivery point
The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
Right of withdrawal
A 30-day full right of return is granted on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Return costs are covered by Basic Feather.
A request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 after delivery and be received by us within 30 days of our being informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
The request for the use of the right of withdrawal must be given by mail info@basicfeather.com. The message must clearly draw attention to your desire for the use of the right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item on return
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will get a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Basic Feather ApS to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
A 2-year warranty is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in material and fabrication.
Complaints about defects must be notified to Basic Feather ApS in good time after receipt of the item. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint is waived by improper or unusual operation of the product.
Basic Feather ApS covers the return costs reasonably.
